Fairmont Spa is a smoke-free environment. Towels, robes, slippers, and amenities are provided for your comfort. Disposable underwear is available for both ladies and gentlemen during treatments.
Children must meet the minimum age requirement to access spa facilities.

Please inform our Spa Reception of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical concerns so we may tailor your experience with care. Expectant mothers are kindly advised to notify us in advance to ensure the most suitable treatment recommendations.

PAYMENT & GRATUITIES
Spa services may be settled by cash, credit/debit card, valid voucher, or room charge for in-house guests.
All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong and are exclusive of government taxes and service charge.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
A 100% service fee applies for cancellations made less than four hours before the scheduled appointment or in case of no-shows.
